UPDATE: I reset my Roku device and that seemed to solve the issue. Still, I imagine the issue is something you folks would like to know.
I learned of your Roku app when browsing the "New" options on my Roku 3. The service seemed useful, so I added it to my unit.
I've tried to open it four times, and even uninstalled it and re-installed it, but it keeps getting jammed on the second screen, with "Loading" in big, red letters in the middle of the screen.
Any advice? Version is listed as 1.0, released April 3, 2015.
Can you let us know which software version your Roku 3 is running? Do you know if there was a software update that was recently completed on your device? We'll try to track down where this issue is coming from!
Having Same issue. Version 6.2, build 3332, on Roku 3 4200x
We upgrade Scout to version 1.1 and that's live on the Channel Store right now. Can you go to Settings -> System updates -> Check for updates and see if that fixes the issue?
What type of internet connection do you have available? Have you tried unplugging and plugging your Roku player back in?
